At Morela, we’re taking things back to basics. In my 10 years working for the largest global recruitment brand, it was understood internally that profits always came before the customer experience. Processes continually overcomplicated matters and confused clients, and I saw first-hand organisations trying to establish specialist technology practices without fully understanding the commitment involved or why they made the investment in the first place.
